Asset manager and property developer BEOS is working with Swiss Life Asset Managers to transform the Griesheim industrial park into a visionary commercial and industrial campus: FRANKFURT WESTSIDE. The development will add 73 hectares of space for creativity, innovation, technology and production to the Frankfurt cityscape.
At a ceremony held in July, Holger Matheis, Speaker of the Executive Board at BEOS AG, unveiled the name of the pioneering urban campus, which was then awarded DGNB Platinum pre-certification. Frankfurt City Council members Mike Josef (Department Head for Planning, Housing and Sports) and Stephanie Wüst (Department Head for Economics, Law and Reforms) also attended the ceremony to learn more about the development for Frankfurt’s professional landscape of the future.
